Learning outcomes

On completion of the course students will:

  • Understand how the international marketing environment influences how firms operate
  • Understand frameworks and processes that provide a means to systematically identify and evaluate marketing opportunities
  • Be able to develop an international marketing strategy that is appropriate for the firm given the environment and market context
  • Be able to develop a plan for activities that will ensure that a firm’s international marketing is effective and sustainable
