  • be able to act and communicate in an environment implementing the customer-provider model
  • be able to communicate clearly and interactively in English
  • be able to read and write professional documents

ITSM (Information Technology Service Management). Process Models Standards: ISO 20000, ITIL V3, Reading and writing professional documents, Group ware,  communication and documentation systems
