Social media as a marketing communications tool, negotiation skills, marketing communications tools, the marketing of IT services and agile projects, communication design, earned visibility, sales and purchasing situations, environmental responsibility in marketing communications.

Integrated into the Marketing and Sales course.

1. In-class learning: Active participation in contact sessions, individual and group assignments and an exam.
