Objectives

After this module students are able to view the socio-economic links of health care organizations and entrepreneurship as part of them. Students are able to assess the leadership and quality activities of organizations. Students are also able to develop the work and the working community. Students apply entrepreneurial approach to work in the work community and know how to plan and organize activities. Students are examining  cultural differences in the workplace and acknowledge the influence of values and attitudes on professional work. Students are able to co-operate with people of different cultures.
